30-minute Consultation

Service Description

Sometimes we have a handful of quick questions that we would like feedback on rather than academic consultation where we are taking a deeper dive during a 1-hour meeting . This 30-minute Clinician Consultation is goal-oriented and provides you with a sounding board rather than a deep dive. Karli often encounters individuals that wish to pursue both mental health and ABA and have questions about career path. The half hour can be used to answer questions, provide guidance and gain practical insight related to your clinical journey in mental health counseling, ABA, academia or the workplace. PLEASE NOTE: This service is for clinicians, within and outside of New York, looking to gain insight and strategies from consultation which they then apply on their own. If you are pursuing a certification of any kind, you should book the respective service (e.g. Play Therapy Supervision) to ensure the needed certification requirements are met. Your consultant cannot be your ongoing service provider. Consultation is not the same as ongoing services, where a therapist develops and implements the treatment plan. Additionally, due to variables across disciplines and state lines, Case Consultation is considered "academic consultation" unless the individual is under Karli's supervision within the state of New York. Academic Consultation is the term used when the individual is independently licensed  to practice in another jurisdiction, which Karli may not be licensed in, and maintains responsibility for abiding by their ethical code(s).
