WELCOME TO
ABOUT BUILDING CONNECTIONS

Mental Health Counseling & ABA Services

ABOUT OUR PRACTICE

About Building Connections is a private practice, offering outpatient counseling using a person-centered and strength-based approach to treatment. We work with individuals of all ages and across the developmental lifespan, however we do offer services that specialize in counseling for young children and adolescents.

OUR MISSION...

Our mission is in the name - literally and figuratively. We view mental health and social emotional functioning as pivotal for future functioning. We are invested in helping individuals build connections, relationally and cognitively, through experiential processes such as play, expressive arts or just simply talking it out.  We believe in endless potential, regardless of age.

"Karli is a skilled, personable professional who cares about her clients and their families and does whatever she can to help. Making an appointment that worked around our schedule was easy. The office is easy to get to. Parking was good in the evening. It’s a nice office that adapted well to health and safety guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also offers TeleHealth appointments. All around a great experience. We’ve been with her for just about a year and couldn’t be happier."
